What is testosterone

The hormone that built you, and still runs most of the show.

Testosterone is the primary androgen in men. It shapes muscle, bone density, fat distribution, red-blood-cell production, mood regulation, and libido. Normal ranges sit roughly between 300 and 1000 ng/dL.

Levels fall naturally with age, about 1% per year after 30, but lifestyle moves the slope. Sleep, training load, body fat, alcohol, chronic stress, and sunlight all push numbers up or down, often more than men realize.

The Test Test isn't a blood draw. It's a proxy: a structured read on the habits that correlate with hormonal health, returning an estimated range and a score out of 100.
